Duvets, pillows, bed linen, bath towels, and tea towels are included in the price.
The wood burner will be laid for your first fire and additional logs are available locally.
The cottage is also heated by electric storage and oil filled radiators –
hot water is provided by an under sink electric heater.
All electricity charges are also included in the price.
A small welcome pack is also included.
Sorry we do not accept pets.
Smoking is not allowed in the cottage or garden.
Short breaks are available
Minimum 3 nights =70% of weekly price
4 nights = 80% of weekly price
5 nights or more charged at the full weekly rate
A £100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking,
with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment of an accidental damages deposit is also required – Please contact the owner for details.
After you have checked availability (form here), please make your deposit payment using your
credit card or Paypal account by pressing the button below.
This payment method can also be used for the security and balance payments.
(Note: you will receive an immediate email confirmation after payment has been made)
As well as payment by Bank Transfer or by Cheque, PAYPAL is also accepted, although please note that 5% will be added to the total cost of the rental, as this is the commission charged for any transactions made through them.
